Best thing i can recommend, play slower, instead of constantly running, stop for a sec. Any tiny movement from the enemy youll see easily, then move and stop. Repeat.

MG isn't easy to play, but with good position or a good MG kit, you can farm a lot of kills. For example if you get USMC, the MG kit has a 6x scope and you can get some really good kills with it. It helps if you move slow from position to position bipoding, also take shallow angles to cover a certain area and blast, then switch spots after a few kills.

you propably need 16 gb of ram. I have same gpu and i5 7400 and get about 40- 70 fps depending on map. You could also consider using frame generation programm called loseless scalling if you dont mind a litlle bit of lag input
