SC 101 is about optics of the machine. You must clean it all. In my case I cleaned hp sensor and mirrors

that's a fuser error. Shut the machine off . You take the fuser out , remove the screw fastening the thermistor onto the roller. Clean off the thermistor put it together and reinstall fuser. You can run in sp mode to clear, but it should turn on once cleared. SP5810 sc reset
