Hi sir i have a ricoh 2501 problum is casset not upload i make sure i see cassete drivemotor move and paper pull up in touch sensor then pull down side and second another model 2014 this model i change drum and develpor print quality not good white line on copy

MP2501 Check first the paper end sensor or lift up motor. MP2014 please change your cleaning blade or development unit
