I have explored more than 20-25 universities, and most of them mention that if your degree is not from a U.S. institution, you need to translate it and send it for evaluation. Is it really necessary to translate the transcript and make it equivalent to a U.S. degree? In Pakistan, the GPA system is out of 4.0, so why are they still asking for this?
