All the progress you made are from PEDs. If it wasnt for the PEDs you are prob barely gonna make any progress because you are not eating enough or training hard enough and tbh your progress even with peds was mediocre for an average skinny guy

@@jonathonhenty8217 I like seeing people progress especially against all odds. So firstly knowing nothing about yourself all the best & I hope you make the gains you wish for. In Jacks case I also felt the same way at first wanting to see him do well and prove people wrong. I no longer believe he will, either because he is not genuine and just trolling content for views etc... Or he has been associating with a number of people / influencers who are just not giving him the knowledge & help he needs to grow. If it is the second then he really needs to distance himself from these people for his own good, but I find it hard to believe that after 2 years of not just training, but if he was genuine simple basic personal research he could come up with a training plan this bad if he was not actually just trolling!

So your answer is to hit a high volume pressing workout, which will tax your triceps, then do an arm day the next day, again taxing your triceps heavily? And you won't even be at your highest strength potential on that arm day as your triceps are already fatigued.

1. Absolutely atrocious split, might be one of the worst I’ve ever seen, it’s almost as if you are making it on the go 2. WTF do you mean by “maybe Pec Deck, maybe some Rear Delts”? You can’t have “maybes” in your split, you are supposed to do 100% of it. Jesus Christ, you are such a joke 🤦‍♂️

I think it would be extremely beneficial if you were to make daily workout videos or almost daily somewhat similar to Sam Suleks style. By doing this you’ll expose yourself to a lot more hate, ignore that, and look for genuine constructive criticism in your comments.
