My dressing for my potato salad is like deviled eggs….and I don’t like chucks of potato so I bake my potato and then break it up. One salad is with sweet pickles and a smaller on is with dill pickles….gotta please the family .

Miracle Whip, 1 med. Onion, 10 hard boiled eggs, sweet pickle relish, 3 squirts mustard and 2 or 3 ounces of milk for 5 lbs. red potatoes. Mix well. Then wipe down sides of bowl. Sprinkle salad with paprika. No vinegar. Yuck.

I don’t enjoy miracle whip. I grew up on it but there was a point where I started eating mayonnaise and I couldn’t stand miracle whip after that.
