These Mixing techniques got my drums hitting HARDER than ever before. Plus, I'm so used to using audio files within my production, but using MIDI gives me WAAAYYY more control over the sounds. Thanks bro. Will be posting the tracks 🔜

If I'm using a Kick, is it possible to do any processing to it even though the Kick is already hitting and I feel it doesn't need any processing.

Life i got a question dont trip when i ask you this either... @ the 12:30 mark when your playing the keys How does one replicate that on a VST when you paint it on instead or how do one knows when it's best to try it on a particular song? - Bless up brother see you soon
@LifeStyleDidIt4 күн бұрын
Aye bro! I would say trying to hum a melody and then create it on piano roll. Some people are really good at freestyling with mouse and keys in piano roll. For me, I always just mess around on the midi. Just what I’ve done since I started, it kinda lets me think and play at the same time and hear random accidents happen which makes me get ideas. So unfortunately I don’t have many tips for how to recreate that process on piano roll. Sorry bro!
@doommega3 күн бұрын
@@LifeStyleDidIt no you did... the midi is way I can use it and study it how people use it.. its a start thanks bro
