The "harpsichord" channel isn't actually a harpsichord. Its a tack piano with is a piano but thumbtacks or nails are placed on the hammers giving the instrument a thinner sound.

This track would totally have used a LinnDrum if it had existed (It wouldn't for 2 more years). As a drummer, I probably would have totally overplayed this and ruined it. Kudos to John Robinson for doing ONLY what was required and let the rest of the instrumentation do the heavy lifting.

She probably sang her vocals at a lower tape speed and pitch. That's why you're seeing 10k show up in the EQ. The vocals sound artificially pitched up. That's why they are cleaner.
