Me too, since it first came out too. Nothing I've heard has topped it. One of her best vocal performances in my opinion. The musicality and melodic sensibility is top notch. Have to give Mariah credit for not just singing these songs, but composing them with the musicians, especially the melodies.

I feel like it is a glottal attack mixed with an intentional break - not polyphonic. She is well known for doing intentional breaks that are on key.
