Why didn't they put up a conveyor system to load the dumper trailer from the pit. By doing so all Excavators could be in action as all they need to do is feeding the conveyor's chute which further feeds the conveyor.

There is not a lot of space, and the hole keeps getting deeper, so you'd end up shifting the conveyor around a lot.

Nothing special. It is a standard Kobelco SK 550DLC-10 demolition excavator with triple boom where the stick is replaced by a heavy shear. Before this job it has also worked with triple boom and stick and after this job the stick is mounted again. Lot of standard excavators are also working with bigger heavy scrap shears which are directly mounted on main boom and where stick is replaced. For the rest it is a standard Kobelco SK 550DLC-10 Demolition excavator.

Sure, but there are not that many Sk550Ds around, then the three piece boom is a pretty rare feature on a 50tonner, and the the shears mounted straight to the boom is also quite uncommon. Sure, you'll see 100t diggers with Genesis scrap shears in very large industrial demolition jobs, but this is Luxembourg, happy to take anything that is vaguely more exotic than '20t excavator, maybe has oilquick'! Also, search engine optimisation ☺
