I’m convinced that solanum xantii and solanum umbelliferum are the same species. Both are native to california and have overlapping ranges, I think taxonomists were just thinking too hard

Great Video. May I asked if you have ever tried to pollenate the flowers to themselves and if you have gotten seed from that. Thanks!

Love the way you do not pick all the old growth off. I have a couple tyleco, and arm broken off. How to root it? Its october. Had one stem dried off for weeks and it has brownish discolor all up inside the stem. Is it fatal?

That does not sound good. Usually, deep rot like that is fatal.

Thanks! They are definitly not shade tolarant, but tolerant to anything else weather throws to them. From freezes, to sun, from boggy soils to dry ones, from sand and pure soil to rich and humus soil. Anyways they kinda likes better rich soil and full sun. Spruces are very fast in terms of growing, but when established and in full sun. Aleppo pines are jump start fast. Love your video.

So can you eat the fourwing seeds? I'm confused on how to consume the seeds? The fourwing seems impractical for the seeds... is this correct?

Nice, growing some senzu beans (DBZ reference) Also I'm not sure if you know this, but if you gently flick your tomato flowers it sets fruit close to 100% of the time.

Great video. Your plants on their own roots look more like they would in the wild, owing to the way you have cared for them and their age. Nice plants Carlos. I just got my first Ariocarpus. They are different crosses on grafts. grown in Australia where I live from seed. They should grow faster. and I wont have as many concerns with rotting. I wont hardly water in the colder months. I posted them on the last half of my last video on my channel. Have a look.

I just planted some seeds from that type of cactus yesterday here in Washington state. I have about 150 cactus seeds that have recently sprouted of several different types. Cereus Peruvianus from Brazil where my girlfriend lives, Carnegiea Gigantea and Ferocactus of several different types and a pack of cactus seeds from the store here.
