I recently(December) bought a 2012 Suzuki VStrom Adventure for $2250(usd dollars). The thing is in great shape but just needed a winter of TLC. I am stripping it down and inspecting, flushing, repainting stuff and giving it an overall cleaning, before it hits the road for next season. The guy who was selling it had it listed with 22,000 miles and when I went to look at it, he says, I made a mistake on the mileage. I figured he was gonna say- it has 50,000 miles on it. He says, it only has 11,000 miles. I am anxious to have this looking like new. It has the bags and trunk, heated grips, high windshield, Denali Driving lights. Tires are like new, never dropped. There are deals out there. You just have to be patient and have the money to go when they get listed. Good luck.

If you struggle unpluging that fucking thing in there. You can take ou the entire blue plug out of the bike and then unplug it. and the plug the device.

My bike is stock. It took me an hour to adjust my riding to the bike. I adjusted the idle and that helped but mostly just my riding. I only have ridden single track trails. Slow stuff.

Well, the break-in procedure ends around 150 to 200 so when you make a video about a break in oil change, the engine is still breaking in after you have done the oil change. That’s why I go a bit longer like around 90- 100 hour like I mentioned in the first comment

Don’t worry about the metal shavings. There not big enough to cause any damage. But if you want to change oil early, do what you want. I changed my oil first time at 90 to 100 hours.

I used to ride in tennis shoes until I wrapped my foot around the peg and broke four toes. Ever since, I wear Alpine Stars SuperVictory boots with the steel plate. They ate not as stiff and hard as most boots.

Water cap secret, use needle nose pliers to grip closed end. Use other hand to get it started on nipple, then pry bar to fully seat. Less than 15 minutes and had to chase it around garage 2 times trying other methods

I've found that if you let the clutch go slow and smooth enough you don't need any throttle. Not sure if this works for small engines...
