Well, the break-in procedure ends around 150 to 200 so when you make a video about a break in oil change, the engine is still breaking in after you have done the oil change. That’s why I go a bit longer like around 90- 100 hour like I mentioned in the first comment

Don’t worry about the metal shavings. There not big enough to cause any damage. But if you want to change oil early, do what you want. I changed my oil first time at 90 to 100 hours.

Water cap secret, use needle nose pliers to grip closed end. Use other hand to get it started on nipple, then pry bar to fully seat. Less than 15 minutes and had to chase it around garage 2 times trying other methods

Easy, if you don't ride much, get the 450L if you plan to actually ride the $650 is the better bike. The reason I've never even considered the 450L as a dual sport for myself because it's basically the 450 but street legal. High compression and high maintenance..
