They look out for everyone and have the 5th largest economy in the world... and some of the best beaches on the planet. We're ALL Americans, and at least progressives have an open door for all. I have lived in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Arlington, College Station, Austin, San Marcos, Brownsville, and South Padre. For those thinking of moving to Texas, don't let someone like Debbie turn you off. I've been buying, selling and renting real estate for FIFTY YEARS. This recent NAR settlement will only benefit sellers (If they're not in a hurry to sell)....buyers brokers should apply to WalMart..the industry is dead. Buyers have a difficult enough time today....expecting them to pay their realtor out of their own pocket is the last nail in the coffin.

Great advice as it will be my first time to plead no contest wthout a lawyer. Paying all court costs/fine plus deferred adjudication for however long in exchange to not having it on my driving record. My driving record is clean... My ticket was on the North Dallas Tollway 119 in a 65. Should I lawyer up without any guarantee? I have another two weeks to deside...

So basically, the love of money or an excessive focus on wealth can lead to negative outcomes, such as greed, selfishness, and unethical behavior.

This entire NAR settlement is done to monopolize the real estate industry and price fix, as well as stop homeownership. Whenever the government gets involved, it is always to ensure socialism has its way. Agents will be a thing of the past as the top real estate moguls get rid of them to pad their own pockets.

The best sales I have ever had was without a sales agent. The last one I had was dishonest and desperate for a sale. Professional? They should have to know about construction, economics, finance. Engineers, doctors, architects are professionals not ding bat realtors!!!
