How heavy is half a slab of butter? Also, what did you do to the garlic on the video? I didnt quite catch that.
@mr_agleooleo28 күн бұрын
Essentially, I used half of the slab of butter you typically purchase from your grocery store. The garlic was added into the sauce and combined.

Do you marinate the salmon prior to cooking?
@mr_agleooleo2 ай бұрын
Hi! I did not marinate it as there's seasoning added to flavour the rice and all this will get mixed together with the salmon. You could add a light sprinkling of salt on the salmon if you'd like.

@mr_agleooleo3 ай бұрын
Hi! The steamer I use is very old and probably no longer in the market. I believe you can try Amazon or Lazada. Be sure to get the set that also comes with the trivet inside so you can prop up a dish.

Chef Leo, if I don't have a microwave, how can I separate the kway teow? quick blench ?
@mr_agleooleo5 ай бұрын
HI Serene, you could try blanching it in boiling water in a strainer for no more than 3-5 minutes. Alternatively, you could soak the noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Do let me know how it goes. 🙏

Rub baking soda + vinegar + dynamo. Let it sit for 5-10 mins. Pour hot water over.

I watched it over and over just to make sure i didn't miss any instructions but i really cannot find the minced pork part😭
@mr_agleooleo5 ай бұрын
Hi Eunice! After the minced pork is seasoned, you will grab a handful (or however much you want) place this in a sieve and put this into the pork broth to cook the minced pork before adding it into the bowl of noodles. I hope you found this useful.
