Tesla owners shouldn't really have to purchase this to correct Tesla's sloppy design. This is especially needed in the UK. Its like the sill and fender paint thicknesses they are not suitable for UK roads. My 3 year old Model 3 has road rash yet my 8 year old Toyota is perfect and was a 1/3 of the price new.

I don't disagree, but at least there are third party options available. As for the paint, I think that is as much time as the brand - my cars over the last couple of years did not seem to have as good a paint as the ones I had before, regardless of brand.

Test drove a 2024/25 model 3 LR AWD today and it was immensely quick. I would even go as far as to say it was possibly too quick, especially as the roads were soaked today. The performance models must be a real hair raising experience! But overall I was very impressed with the build quality, and I found the indicator switches on the wheel intuitive and easy to use. My only gripe with the car is glovebox won’t close on voice command, it only opens. Here’s something fun for you to do; when your stationary press the voice command button and say “open butt hole” Then the flap on the charge port opens. Funny little gimmick.

The long range is certainly quick enough for virtually everyone. The build quality is definitely improving with each generation. There are quite a few ‘Easter eggs’ in the car, by the way.

One of the first accessories I purchased for my M3 was the cover for the bumper vent. According to my manual the HEPA filter is only required to be changed every 2 years? Still going to get Tesla to do it as lease covers the service costs 🙂🇦🇺

Great Video ;) Its just a shame that the Meta AI lost its " Look At " feature due to privacy laws. I bought a pair months back and it used to work. I now just get " not available in you region " I just wanted to point this out to the UK folks that may look to buy the Ray-Ban Meta's based on that feature alone.

Excellent presentation after watching I want a Tesla I like the red but I’m not sure about the white seat. I’m in the Philippines and all the cars come from China and I believe you said that’s good. China’s has well-made cars.

Hi Paul, thanks for the review. Based on this video I have purchased this set from Ted Studio. The installation seems fairly easy, however I do have a question on the fitting of the roof box. Is my understanding that you need to completely remove the rubber strip when you install the Roof Box, or you mentioned something about cutting the rubber strip in the area that the roof box connect to the rails? You don’t have a picture close up of what you have done? Looking forward to your response! Keep up the good work 💪🏻💪🏻

Hi, I can’t post a photo but yes, I took the rubber out, installed the roof box where I wanted it, marked where the mounts were, removed the roof box, cut the rubber to fit in the gaps and then put it all back together so there were no gaps. I’ve done this for three sets of roof boxes over the years.

I'm pretty sure they are sold as a different product and would not be compatible. In fact, I think the retro-fit powered struts include a soft close anyway, unless I'm mistaken.

Never had an EV before but considering a second hand model 3 (around 100k) for my 100 mile commute. Nervous about resale value though in a couple of years time or potential issues. Any words of advice for me?

Hi. I would not be too concerned about issues, but it's worth a Google to see what problems owners of high milers face and then search for a car with these things in mind, knowing what to look for or avoid. Values are a difficult one, as you just can't predict what's around the corner. I think Teslas should always be desirable, unless Elon goes even further off piste and people start really rebelling against him and his products, but I wouldn't worry too much about that either.

I appreciate everyone likes them but imo they just look like a cheap ford and a car uber cabbies drive. Coupled with the fact that you are giving money to to Manbaby Elon Musk who has a dangerous amount of world power atm, I won't be buying. Also I am guessing teslas are going to get a bit of a backlash thus massively devaluing it. Backlash because of Musk and because he as the company owner is notorious for making decisions that piss off people. Good luck to you though. Enjoy.

Great review. I am visually impaired and I’ve had my Ray-Ban Meta for just over one month and love them. I use them every day learning more and more what I can ask and it really helps. It reads labels packaging information tells me the color of a shirt all kinds of things that I absolutely cannot see at all. Best of all no subscription price all the upgrades and updates to the software are free.

Put the frunk in first. With the shape of the rearmost portion of the air vent piece, it aligns one way. There are the three white clips, the cowling gets one, and frunk with the other two. Then the long skinny cowling piece snaps in last over top of it. Some people have been removing this air vent piece to lessen the water going down the air vent, but I'm not sure if that's still an issue on Highland cars?
