I always felt w&ird about Sayuri being with that old man that she meets when she's a child, I know he didn't like her when she was a child but still. Good to know that this movie got everything about geishas wrong.

I think Pet didn’t mean to say that Bruce was an angry man, but rather that his anger stemmed from a racist society that only accepted white actors in leading roles at the time. Bruce Lee believed he was capable of much more than being a supporting actor. With iron willpower, he took the backdoor route through Hong Kong to achieve his goal and proved to the world that people should be seen as individuals, free from prejudices based on their origin. In doing so, he also paved the way for stars like Jackie Chan and Jet Li. Bruce Lee was a pioneer who introduced martial arts to the world and left a lasting legacy.

This film is a joke. Nothing close to Japan or Japanese culture. Let alone, all these characters are not even Japanese. What a joke.

Jeff Imada is right. Up to this day, we dont see famous martial artists using Jeet Kune Do on mainstream like how Bruce and Brandon did.

I love the Chinese people and culture, and a significant part of that for me was seeing films like this. As an American, it was this and Yu Suzuki's Shenmue 2, which he spent time in Hong Kong and inland before making that. My greatest fear has been that Chinese culture would change, become more like us.
