Doing a producer challenge, remaking thriller from the ground up using emulators of the classic synths and drum machines used on thriller. I’m very excited for Halloween when I post it :)

Anthony and Greg, thank you so much! Besides learning about music and sound design, what I am really learn is about how to collaborate. Anthony and Greg in this video really showcase personally and professional traits that show you how to collaborate:provide feedback, discuss options or opinions, but still move forward.

Greg is so cool and humble. It's really something to see. I see a lot of session musicians who seem to get a big head and are pretty arrogant, but Greg is so relatable. I'm sure it was awesome to work with him.

MICHAEL ONLY TOOK THAT PART "MACOOSA" AND NOT THE ENTIRE SONG BRUH. AND HE DIDNT STEAL IT LIKE PEOPLE ARE SAYING, HE ONLY MADE IT POPULAR. I WOULDN'T HAVE HEARD OF IT IF IT WEREN'T FOR MJ ❤🥺.

No doubt, Greg is a genius on keyboards - but not in VOIP. Sometimes hardly understandable. Anthony does a much better job in this respect.

It seems to be that social media is also creating a bit of narcissism which is another reason why people aren't really paying attention or learning because they already know everything

I turned 8 on the same day that Motown 25 was filmed, and I had already seen the backslide (the moonwalk) several years earlier on Soul Train, so I was not that impressed with it either, despite being a huge MJ fan back then. I could tell he didn't stick the "en pointe" for as long as he wanted to, so I thought that performance was just ok...

Wished a lot more music creators could take apart their music and show us fans how they put the different parts together. This is a treasure trove. It's like a behind the scenes making of but only for music! Totally awesome!

I went to junior high school (early 60's) with Larry and I also played clarinet - rather mediocre at best. Morris Yaden was our instructor and Larry was 1st chair. We had a band concert and Larry was to play a rather difficult solo. He got sick a couple of days before the concert and Mr. Yaden told me that I had to play the solo - I was in an absolute panic. No amount of practice could get me to where the solo was in the same ball park as Larry's. Fortunately, Larry got well enough to play the solo and I was spared from being humiliated. He absolutely saved me and I have had nothing but admiration and praise for him since. His brother Ron was/is also a fine musician. Tod Land
