whoever is running this channel. We, the producers/creators and cover artists appreciate you, anthony, greg, ray, steve and etc for making this channel and making these mini podcasts about the stories and the synths that were used on thriller. this is definitely helping out a shit ton lol. me n a few buddies plan on recreating thriller but digitally. cause none of us have 100k total for the synths in the studio lol. but again thank y’all for making this channel happen. GOTTA HAVE MORE BABY BE MINE SYNTHS😂 and the lady in my life. legendary songs and something i gotta know more about what synths were used and etc.

Ask Steve Porcaro, where is The Girl Is Mine VHS tape? There's a legend that since "The Girl Is Mine" was one of the first songs recorded for Thriller, it was also recorded on video, I take it would have been included for a planned documentary in the future, or just for safe keeping. David Paich and Steve Lukather did confirm that it was recorded, but they can't remember who did it and who has it, if it still exists. Maybe you know Anthony, since you were there during the sessions?

Anthony, the Jupiter 8 sound that Steve mentioned on The Girl Is Mine is really puzzling me. I always thought those were chimes. How on earth do program something like that on an analog synth? Maybe something for your own KZbin channel?
