Nd statistically has a better offense passing and running. They are more effiecent on offense and they have a more balanced defense than Georgia. Idk who people think this uga team is but it is NOT what they have been

Do you think ND stats might be just a LITTLE inflated having played TWO service academies, Miami OH, Stanford, NIU, Purdue, and the worst FSU team in 40 years? ND has not seen a defense as good as Georgias all year. And they’ve held a Texas team, with debatably better athletes to less than 20 points in both games they’ve played. They also limited them to just 1.1 Yards per carry on average. I don’t know who you think this Georgia team is… but you need to take another look. They’re battle tested, whereas ND isn’t.

@@gb60446I think Texas is extremely overrated. Georgia hanging their hat on Texas is ridiculous. Texas best win before Clemson was A&M and that game wasn’t pretty. I think people extremely disrespect how good the wins against army and navy were, Indiana was a pretty good team atleast statistically they were the number 1 rush defense and gave ND some “headache” at times (I know Indianas schedule is abysmal) people like to look at NDs schedule and say “oh NIU, Navy, Army, FSU, Purdue, Miami OH”. Ok.. NIU loss was bad. No question there not even gonna argue. Purdue and FSU are hot garbage and so was virgins tbh. But Navy is 10-3 who beat Oklahoma (idc if people opt out or transfered it was still an impressive win for navy) and 12-2 army. Every other team ND beat has currently a winning record, the two worst ones are 7-6 USC (who beat A&M and led in the 4th quarter in every loss and lost by a touchdown or less with the exception of ND, including a loss in overtime to Penn state) and 7-6 GT (who ND destroyed and went 8 rounds of OT With Georgia and got absolutely screwed out of winning that game) ND has dominated a lot of teams this year and their resume is pretty damn good, better than Texas atleast imo

Notre Dame..............48 georgia.......................9 Georgia doesn't have its starting quarterback and has a receiving corp that drops more balls than it catches (leads the nation in drops) and its running back room is one of the worst in the nation (Georgia running backs are terrible as they barely get over a hundred yards per game and have one of the lowest productions in college football in rushing. Georgia's defense is as porous as a sieve with X-Large holes. It's chances of beating a very, very, very consistent Notre Dame team that is elite in every way is: "ZERO".

Notre Dames last 6 games they played teams with a combined record of 7-17, 2 teams that finished .500 and 2 with an entire schedule of cupcake teams.. how many guys have they actually line up against that will get drafted? Maybe 3 combined. They are about to face an entire defense that’s getting drafted, 3 in the top 10 this year. A running game that only carried the ball 30% of the plays (league lowest) due to injuries, but when healthy, and playing in big games (Texas) Etienne averged 6 a carry and Frazier 7 a carry. Both average over 5 per carry for the season. So they are from bad. Of ET’s 9 Tds this year 5 came against arguably the best defense in college football.. Texas. And he will be fully healthy this game along with the offensive line.. this is a game that if you are a stat sheet watcher and don’t actually watch the games and look at strength of schedule, this games results may come as a surprise. Notre Dame is 0-8 on New Year’s bowl games since the BCS era. They’ll need more than 1 5 star out of the 145 over the last 4 years to beat a fully healthy Georgia team that has 40+ 4-5 stars

@@SkeeterHawkinsFor us that are use to watching a team in the post season, we know that the CFP will be about teams that have rosters full of NFL talent and for teams like Notre Dame, SMU and every team in the ACC, you will be watching.. again. Georgia will sleep walk through a regular season. Notre Dame will end up the same place it does every time it makes it to a post season game on New Years… embarrassed. Notre Dame wanted out 3rd string TE that came from Stanford to be their #1.. lol.. he’d rather be #3 behind Delp and Lawson than #1 in Southben playing a ton of walk-ons every week.

Georgia will win the line of scrimmage game on both sides of the ball because they have better athletes with better measurables. This matchup runs the risk of being an easy win for UGA.. Notre Dame really doesn't have a chance to move the football. They've got a very ineffective passing game, plus the Notre Dame QB is not built to give this quick twitch Georgia defense problems. Every linebacker on the Georgia defense can chase down the Notre Dame quarterback and make it look like child's play..It's not like he's Alabama Jalen Milroe who runs a 4.3 40 yard dash, he's a 4.52 runner And he better be a more elite athlete if he wants to confound a Kirby Smart Defense.

Stop the oregon game crap. That was week TWO, a week after oregon barely beat FCS idaho. A week after boise state let georgia SOUTHERN drop over 40 points. Might as well been last year at this point.not to mention we all saw oregon struggle mighitly against the penn state run game, out of position,poor gap control and missed tackles. When all you have to fall back on is a week two close loss and some undersog magic, youre in a rough spot. This boise state team is one dimensional on both sides of the ball. Period.

Ive watched 3 boise state games not incouding oregon now. The thing that stands out is the boise state offensive line gets beat inside and gets beat in general a lot in run blocking. Jenaty just makes guys miss and capitalizes on a conference that seems incapable of tackling. Jeanty will make some guys miss Tuesday and hes gonna break tackles but with how often he gets met at or behind the line of scrimmage against bum ass teams like wyoming and nevada or Unlv , i see penn states defense having a great chance to really close him down. I expected the boise state run blocking to be a lot better but the kid has 1800 after contact for a reason. I highly doubt he can generate the same after contact yards against penn state tuesday night.

Abdul Carter, Dani Dennis-Sutton and Dvon J-Thomas will pressure Jeanty and diminish his effectiveness. Other than Jeanty, the Broncos have no other "Blue Chip" players. The Broncos will not be able to hang out at the Line of Scrimmage --That's the game right there.

This will likely not even be a competitive game. Coach Franklin might end up playing the bench at the beginning of the 4th Quarter, just as he did against SMU, it was only then that SMU could finally put a Touchdown on the board, otherwise they would have left Happy Valley with a field goal only.

Imo, the biggest factor in the game is Texas’ oline vs ASU’s dline. The main reason that Texas lost their two games against Georgia is because they shut down the Texas run game and gave the oline fits. If Texas can run the ball with even half as good as they did against Clemson then I think Texas wins

The size,speed and just flat out more athletic players of Texas will be the difference. Arizona State will have to cause multiple turnovers and play a flawless penalty free game all while hoping Texas beats themselves with mental errors. Not sure Arizona State can pull off that trifecta in one game. Texas covers easy and then off to the cotton bowl.

ASU was dominating Mississippi State for 3 quarters and was up 27-3 at halftime. Their defense was and still finding their feet and almost let Mississippi State get back in it. Cincinnati Sam Leavitt didn't play . ASU is 11-1 with Sam Leavitt under center. Texas struggled against Mississippi State was close for 3 quarters and only 7-6 at halftime .....
