Doesn't matter, the point still remains aluminum or plastic ain't gonna hack it for long, of course these modern vehicles are not made to last long enough to made a difference anyways. But if you actually use them for work, The aluminum and plastic doesn't hold up i see them all the time with holes and cracked junky toyota beds. If they were cheaper maybe but aluminum ain't cheap and neither are todays disposable appliances.

How to change MPH to KM in sonata 2016?
@OpenEyeAutomobile
@OpenEyeAutomobile Жыл бұрын
@jinorose5798 I hope the information below will help. Thank you. To change the speedometer display from miles per hour (MPH) to kilometers per hour (KPH) in a Hyundai Sonata 2016, you'll need to access the settings on the car's infotainment system or instrument cluster display. Please follow these general steps, as the specific steps might vary slightly based on the Sonata's trim level and region: 1. Turn on the ignition: Ensure the vehicle is parked and the engine is running or the ignition is in the ON position. You don't need to start the engine, but the electronics should be powered up. 2. Access the settings menu: Look for a physical button or a touchscreen option that says "Settings," "Setup," "Menu," "System," or something similar. This button might be located on the center console, the steering wheel, or the dashboard. 3. Navigate to units of measurement: Once you've accessed the settings menu, look for an option related to units of measurement, display settings, or system preferences. 4. Change speed units: Within the units of measurement menu, you should find an option to select either "MPH" or "KPH." Select "KPH" to change the speed display to kilometers per hour. 5. Save and confirm: After selecting KPH, the system may prompt you to confirm the change. Confirm the change if required. 6. Verify the change: Check the speedometer or instrument cluster display to ensure that the units have switched to kilometers per hour (KPH). The speed should now be displayed in kilometers per hour instead of miles per hour. If you have difficulty finding the specific settings or need more detailed instructions, consult the owner's manual of your Hyundai Sonata 2016. The owner's manual will provide precise information about how to change the units of measurement in your vehicle's particular infotainment or instrument cluster system.

I just saw a vid where a mechanic made a driver window one touch power up (closed). He said not all models do that but you might wanna try with your own personal vehicles. I tried with my 16 elentra gt but it didn't work and I'm wondering if there's a trick out there that may actually make it work.

In the first place they're focusing on "the bed" never mind the durability of the engine and suspension! I owned three GM vehicles in a row that proved to be garbage! To pour salt on the wound, their customer service sucks! On a brand new 86 Chevy Caprice Classic Station Wagon under warranty, the dealership tried to charge me for service done on a warranted part of the vehicle when I had proof in my hand in writing that the part was covered. They refused to give me my keys until I paid the bill but they relented when I threatened to call the Police. I then traded the six month old car in on a VW. From that point on, I never even considered a GM product!

Just to simplify this process, there are multiple groups of people being shown this test. Therefore there were multiple trucks used in the production. Nitpick all the little variations all you want, the aluminum bed floor was a bad idea. So is buying a Ford. I tried it. That was a mistake. I will take the Silverado any day. Unless you like spongy rides, and replacing tires.

That aluminum bed would last longer than the others. Rust always wins while that ford be driving away looking new.

Thatvi would say is pretty factual them aluminum fords do not Hold up iv seen it myself had a steel bed Silverado 00 yeah I put some nasty dents in the bed of it I saw a bed on an aluminum bed Ford get the side of it punctured by a light hit into a nose jack for a semi trailer that aluminum is infact weak on them ford's the add itself could be riged they all rig adds but that is not 7075 aircraft aluminum like they advertise them to be there made out if chep aluminum not to mention in the event of a fire they turn into a molten pile of aluminum which makes the mess a lot harder to clean up sorry I will stick with my steel bodies for a pickup

NOT a GM guy but ford isn't any better either. I will always pick the Nissan titan but if it had be a choice chevy vs ford? I would pick GMC and that's being the 3rd choice. sure, chevy is ugly since 2019 but the GMC still kept its good looks, to bad there just overpriced. I mean seriously $60K+ just to finally have the L87(6.2L) under the hood.

Maybe just difference in lighting. But the two tool boxes even sitting side by side on the workbench appear to be different shades of red. The one that fell into the Ford had the latches painted red and I didn't think the one in the Chevy did. I ain't going back to check that. Empty toolbox and it might have been the one that they dropped in the Ford might have been an empty toolbox custom made. What I'm saying is that we used to make things special made for people. How about a mailbox made out of 1 in armor plating. Take one big rural type mailbox 📫. You say door and the back but everything else is plate. Quarter inch thick on up. Other things too just because they would look like they were standard. People pay good money for gags. It looked like it was just a stock item but when you went to pick it up you couldn't hardly budge it. As many years ago. But we still have a couple of pieces of that armor plate. It is roughly an inch hole bore through at each corner. It was government surplus never used. I'm just speculating about the toolbox parent because they have to have some truth and advertising so they say. But you did excellent job tearing apart the commercial and pointing things out. Maybe you could do some more of them

yes, i love loading my truck with my toolbox sitting on the edge, which could fall into the bed possibly damaging the stuff im loading. i also happen to live in a place where the wind often throws stuff around with the force of a normal human being. i dont have a bed liner, and often the stuff i load into my truck is multiple cinder blocks, dropped 10 feet from the bed.

Anybody who's ever worked with metals can tell you that there is no way an empty tool box from 2 feet away can puncture eve a regular aluminum sheet, let alone ridged, strengthened aluminum. This commercial is a fraud!

Surprised you didn't pick up on the force required to push the f150 tool box, he really shoves it hard into the bed. Then barely glances the tool box going into the Chevy bed
