Sir, I woke up one day with a little fragment of my tooth(premolar) in my mouth that cracked out from position in between that tooth and the next tooth, its hidden but I can sense the gap by passing air through there although it cant be seen normally because it is in between two teeth, also I feel sharp pain whenever i chew on that side. please how the heck could this crack have happened and please do you think its a big issue?

i am curious as to if i am having sensitivity in my tooth left upper jaw molars. when i went for a checkup 3 years ago, the dentist advised me for 3 root canals. (i got 1 done urgently coz he insited due to my sudden issue, i got ripped) never went back for tooth related checkups. what can be done regarding my sensitivity? [ doctor's, plz enlighten ]
