Shouldn't they be parallel to each other so they can heal better or you left it because we say to patients to clench their teeth for 15-25 minutes, so the edges of the wound go on the same height there

Got mine removed last May 2023, it was painless and doesn't gave me a hard time even during the recovery. I can eat normal with precautions of course on my 3rd day after surgery. I don't think my dentist put that foam thing since my molar Tooth #2 was remove too.

I'm not dentist and I truly Appreciate the information that you share. I'm 24 my last wisdom tooth extraction when I was 22 and I still have 2 wisdolm tooth to go that needed to be removed. I didn't know I need to extract my tooth now before 25 hahaha... My issue with my wisdom tooth it's impacted and the anesthesia doesn't 100% work but only on my jaws that's why I'm scared haha and my dentist says my bone are very tough it took us 30mins to pull my wisdom tooth out. But I'm glad because I no longer have symptoms of TMJ which locking my jaws atleast for now... Thanks Doc!

Everything was done nicely excepting one part in my humble opinion. We should avoid cutting vertically the lingual part of the flap in order to avoid traumatising or cutting the lingual nerve. It's the main reason of the envelop flap design that most of the surgeons use for the mandibular 3rd molar extraction. Kind regards.

dude... so this how they remove my wisdom tooth back then 9yrs ago. I remember asking her if I could put on my Bluetooth earphone to listen to music so I can relax better. She told me I don't need to coz by the time the 3rd song end. the procedure is finished 🤣 just like she says.. it was done so quick.. it is quicker than having your haircut done.

Pulp is not involved so no pain then why you removed that tooth. Basically tooth formation ceases at the age of 25, there is no need to remove that tooth

Clearly your basic concepts are poor Even though the tooth has formed fully, it has not erupted properly As you can see in the OPG, it is impacted mesially exerting unnecessary pressure on the distal root of the mandibular second molar It is therefore indicated for extraction since third molars are a developmental anamoly
