Ooo .. interesting ... Man City players are a risk, but that move is kinda -4. If you have cover on the bench, then I don't think that I would make that move, but I understand why you would want to ... Walker is dropping in value and there is a small chance Konate will rise. If you are WC6 and have any other defender to cover then I think that I would save the transfer ....

Havertz is an avoid for me from now as with the Odegaard injury and Jesus starting to come back into fitness we already saw in the Champions League fixture against Atlanta Arteta favoured Havertz in the Odegaard role in midfield to where Jesus played as the Number 9 which could be a preview of what's to come as Odegaard is suspected to now be out for 2 months and Merino not back for at least another month from injury so despite the great fixtures coming up for Arsenal Havertz now becomes a clear avoid for me as him playing in the midfield will mean he will now lack that clinical edge in front of goal. If you're on a GW6 Wildcard and you wanna triple up on Arsenal then I believe the maximum points you'll get is Raya in goal for cleansheets and save points along with bonus aswell as Gabriel for cleansheets and set piece threat and probably Saka aswell for penalties and consistency, I would avoid Havertz for the short term and avoid Saliba or Ben White and go for Raya Gabriel and Saka instead as my Arsenal triple up.

@alexandermcbrien264 I think that i agree with all of this. I made the video before the ARS CL game, so we only has the North London Derby to go on, and there was no Rice so there was possibly more uncertainty as to the formation going forward. Havertz will plget some returns, but there are plenty of other forwards that will probably do just as well or better for less money. Thank you for your comments, they are appreciated 😀

Great video. I have 0,5 mil less team value but 45 points more right now. But with team value actually the number you see is not the right number you need though or am I wrong? What I mean by that is that what counts in team value is actual value, not that value that goes away the moment you transfer the player out.

the websites show player value (if bought now) + cash, but if we sold all our players then we do have much less. It doesn't really matter which metric I used, but I thought that the one I was showing was the most common, hence using that ... thanks for the comment, and well done on the extra 45 points ... 😎

@@MidnightMuleFPL Actually it's 53 extra, since I did not count your -8 yet for this GW. It's easier to use that metric that is easier to understand. Looked at other comments as well and if you used other metric the team value difference would be the same compared to me. I would have then 0,2 value. Did not include Haaland and Salah there though, since it's very unlikely that i would sell them.

Your team value is 101.5 points but if you want to wildcard how much extra do you have? Maybe 0.3, 0.4.. I don't think it's worth to take so many hits for that

I think he used his WC already, so next one is coming next year. But with banking 5 FT you can get half WC in 5 weeks. So best would be to build his value team into regular team step by step.

you may be right, I am hoping to find out this season whether or not it was a viable idea. I just checked, if I sell all my players and buy 15 different players, then I have 100.7 at the moment ...

Hi, first-time viewer. Looking at your benching order. Are you suggesting starting Muniz over Rogers & Rogers over Gordon if there's a choice to make?

yes, and I am aware that this goes against the popular score-predictor sites, but the sites do have all three within about half a point of each other (and of course you can only score whole points anyway). If you think they all have a similar chance of similar points, then you should order by ownership among engaged managers, which would be Rogers, then Gordon, then Muniz. However, I tend to prefer home fixtures and Gordon is away. Neither Muniz nor Rogers have proved themselves this season, but Muniz is more of an out-and-out attacker than Rogers, so I slightly prefer him. I have just looked at scoring odds on Bet 365 for these three, they have Muniz and Rogers tied as having equal chance of a goal, with Gordon less so. If you think they are about the same then Rogers should be first for safety (because of ownership). If I had all three, I would be playing Muniz ... but whichever one gets the best score would not be surprising in my opinion (because it is close) ... Good luck with whatever order you choose :)

I think that the game should be for fun for all 38 gameweeks ... but my plan for this season was to take hits for the first six weeks, and then hope I have a slightly higher team value than most and therefore can make a slightly better squad ... but it could go horribly wrong ... 😂

I personally bought him before his price went up ... I think he will either be very good, or a flop ... we don't yet know which. His ownership is currently below 8%, so he doesn't make it into this system yet. The majority of players that look good and people panic-buy end up not worth it ... but sometimes (like Crystal Palace players at the end of last year) they so really well. Being 8% owned means that if he does well this week, he really shouldn't hurt your rank, this series is focusing on slow and steady ...
