Im currently using hot and savory. Im very impressed so far with the cajun. Ive found that it does need more water than suggested. I have found that pouring just over half a spoon more water than suggested then putting it in the microwave for 1½-2 mins then allowing it to sit for 3 mins seems to hit the sweet spot. Obviously health food never usually tastes anything like it would from a restaurant but these do taste really good. I really recommend these to anyone who wants to find a quickish low calorific lunch, you could easily have these for lunch and evening meal.

Existential threat was always there for humans when new inventions came out during different periods of history. Conscientious and our intentions are evolved over millions of years.
