ok! that was one of the BEST booty workouts I have done in a long time!! I used my 4 lb ankle weights and put a small ball behind my knee on the first 3 moves and holy smokes that was amazing! I will keep this on repeat! Thank you so much Courtney, you are the best!!!!🤍🤍🤍

Hi Courtney - I absolutely love your videos- and your personal training style! One note, there were 5 ads that played during my workout today which interrupts the flow - is there a way to change that to the beginning only? Thx- amazing work!

Really enjoyed this, great cues for a beginner like me. The only thing I found disconcerting was two lots of adverts in the ten minutes.
