Fantastic session mate. You're smashing it. You must have a good job if you can afford to put so many boilies in lol . Clearly it works though , so well worth it

Awesome fishing nicely done man. Can I ask you a couple questions? Why did you choose that area to prebait (reeds)? -did you know fish would visit or was it a less obvious spot for other anglers? Did the carp hold in 1 stretch of the river or did they explore further up ect? Many thanks if you get time to reply
@carpjunky48476 жыл бұрын
It was a mixture of both. There were no anglers fishing this stretch and there were an abundance of carp present.

Growing up I used to see big carp in a very small river near my house. I started fishing for them after a few years, landing a few fish, including an incredible 26lb common. I havent fished for a few years, but theres a big mirror down there that i want. would think it would push 30. This video inspired me to go back and start having a go again!

Keep doing these videos. Or at least keep taking different people fishing with you to learn. You're a great fisherman... Great hook and hold at 9:25. A well set trap. "Job done. Fish in the net. Proper buzzed!!"

@carpjunky48478 жыл бұрын
Thanks very much for the positive vibes mate! They were Torrix TE 12ft 6 3 - 5oz casting weight. Not ideal for a tiny river, but they do the job perfectly as you can see.

I fish a river. That is at best a stream or a drain. I've seen more tow on my local lake. Beautiful fish though
