My take on this video is that this is the sound of a band after you turn all the tracks down on the dudes who hogging the spotlight. It is a joke that the singer thinks he is carrying the band, when it is in fact the backline and the ones you least notice who are doing the heavy lifting...something like that. I'm sure I'm way off though.
