It partially works in free version. But when I turn on fullscreen, cutting stops working so you need too disable fullscreen with CTRL+F before you click CTRL+B etc. Workspace > Viewer Mode > Cinema Viewer

However, I may have to return both due to ZERO customer support from Viltrox! Firmware updates are nowhere to be found and all contact with VILTROX is in Chinese! I failed to research this aspect online before ordering!

You have no idea how much you saved me!! I spent hours yesterday trying to figure out what my issue was. I was working on my first full length KZbin video, got everything cut and edited and was about to do color grading and all of a sudden my videos start fragmenting and glitching or giving me media missing messages… Also, I could optimize media on some of the clips like I wanted to, but I didn’t think anything of it when I couldn’t do it fully to others. I literally spent hours yesterday talking to friends and watching tutorials thinking it was a codec issue (even though windows let me view everything fine raw in the video player), I then thought it was my gpu, I even installed handbrake to convert my video clips and reattach them (I use my iPhone to record). I spent hours and nothing worked. This morning I woke up with a fresh mind and was like you know some of those clips I couldn’t optimize, why is that?? and it’s something so simple like this!! I wish I pursued that issue sooner it would have saved me a massive headache. I was convinced I’d have to redo my project and get new software. It was so stressful… meanwhile it’s just my computer clogged from optimizing media from my husband’s YT projects and my own shorts and shop videos that I’ve made 🤦🏻‍♀️ seriously thank you so much for this video!
