Most people don't know this but Franco Columbu's book "Winning Bodybuilding" was published in the 1970s, which predates the widespread popularization of Bruce Lee's strength training methods in the West. Columbu had previously incorporated the exercise into his routine waayy before people even linked it to Bruce.Columbu was known for his strength and training techniques, and he presented the Dragon Flag as part of his workout regimen,in the book Winning Bodybuilding . Bruce Lee could have encountered Franco Columbu performing the Dragon Flag or detailed descriptions of it in a bodybuilding magazine or elsewhere. By the 1970s, bodybuilding magazines and fitness publications were becoming increasingly popular, and Lee was known to study various training techniques from a wide range of sources, including martial arts, gymnastics, and bodybuilding. Bruce Lee was highly interested in physical fitness and training methods outside of traditional martial arts. He sought to blend different techniques and philosophies to enhance his own training regimen. This openness to different styles means he could have come across Columbu's work, either directly or through the influence of the fitness culture of the time. Given the interconnected nature of fitness communities and the sharing of training techniques, it's plausible that Lee could have incorporated exercises like the Dragon Flag into his training after seeing them practiced by others, including prominent bodybuilders like Columbu. This reflects how fitness practices can evolve and be shared among athletes from different disciplines

The saddest part of this is no matter how much you dye your hair the grey is there, and it will continue to return. If you grey at 20 your face looks twenty and if it greys at 50 your face looks 50. Aging is not about your hair color it is about how you feel. If you feel vital and young at heart no grey or white hair can take that away from you. Be thankful you still have hair as some go bald with age. You're more than your hair color

I’m team longevity. I modeled for an Italian sculptor with my platinum strands-these strands are natural highlights. I looked attractive with completely dark hair and I look attractive with my platinum strands highlighting the darker hair. By the way, my teen daughter got her first platinum strand at 14 years old. I do think a lot of BW have a problem with how they look in general (features, weight etc.), and they mask their discomfort with their appearance by scapegoating their hair. I mean, how does someone say gray hair makes them look older, yet they are overweight and excess weight ages them more?

As a longer distance runner (5 miles) and a road cyclist (40 miles) who loves my natural hair with platinum strands, I enjoyed your video. I found stopping most of my supplements surprisingly improved my health because I likely get most of what I need from my food. I had been over supplementing. Like you I don’t do protein powder. I use tofu instead. When working out, I don’t do more reps on the weaker side, I actually match my stronger side to my weaker side-to build symmetry. As a result the weaker side is now almost as strong as the stronger side. I use a home sauna to aid recovery. Great job!

I agree with yhe lady that said, "YES"I dye my hair! White hair is unruly and unattractive especially if your a curly natural with type 4+ hair, it doesn't es age you if its unruly. I will put a rince in my hair til im 80+ especially if i still look gr8 and I'm active. Ive been dying my hair since i was 17. I noticed the ugly buggers at 16. 15yrs ago i developed an allergy to my plain old blk dye so, i was forced to use a rince and ive been using that rinice ever since. When your really dark and you get all these lil balls on your face/forehead that look like you've got massive amounts of lint it absolutely make you look old. Now for a straight natural that maybe different.
