What if I feel glute only in the leg I stand on rather then attached leg?
@alexashleigh87874 күн бұрын
Sciatica would benefit from a complete decompression of the body focused around the hip area. Lengthen and strengthen all the posterior chain while decompressing the hips and lower back. What can do this? GOATA.
@HyperarchFasciaTraining4 күн бұрын
Only when the myofascial connection and environment gets better, the nerve would be freed. no goata necessary

Yes something is wrong if you feel pain

Be wary of dogma. Ultimately, combining insights from both systems can offer a well-rounded approach to physical training.
@TheronJames6 күн бұрын
While the two systems have different approaches, they can potentially complement each other. Hyperarch can offer targeted facial muscle benefits, while GOATA can ensure overall body movement efficiency and joint health.
@HyperarchFasciaTraining5 күн бұрын
Let me break it down, you can be both neutral and supinated. Of course there are benefits, but cannot be done together.
@TheronJames5 күн бұрын
Many draw benefits from both. No dogmas here.

These exercises will help in football (speed,explosiveness,recovery),right? Also should I do all of them or only 2 or 3 exercises out of all those exercises?

I need to work with Coach Chong again once I can afford the HFT 12-week training.

Coach Chong - if someone has a scar or wound on a body part, does that mean the fascia is permanently inactive? Let's see someone had a wound on their shoulder. Is doing fascia training on that shoulder now pointless? Thank you!

Coach should I be doing gym work as an athlete to get faster? it’s my main goal right now and my fascia isn’t elite yet but i’ve been doing your exercises for some time. i’m 15
@HyperarchFasciaTraining7 күн бұрын
It depends on what you are doing in the gym and your innate myofascial connection.

Hi do you reckon trainning fascia help the knee after a knee surgery asking for someone
@kt.00439 күн бұрын
come on coach! both are very good and the best ways to perform/train as an athlete. tell that too all the footballers who train fascia and goata together and see night and day results in their game. fascia=fluidity goata=biomechanical movement(hip midline) fascia will obviously stiffen the ankles so yes we dont need to supinate but its to help the whole leg move in correct order aligned with knee and hip. biomechanics & fluidity not versus each other
@HyperarchFasciaTraining8 күн бұрын
come on nothing, you don't know the importance of ankle, we don't want to get into the position required by goata PERIOD.
@kt.00437 күн бұрын
well i love both. Thank you for bringing this system to us i just think training midline and fascia in moderation can go along ways as an athelete. Theyre both amazing ways to improve your game especially as a footballer

The way he responded to your comment and how he thinks athletes are coming up with excuses shows that he may benefit from learning general semantics. He believes in absolutes, and unfortunately, it's very hard to get people who tend to live in the abstract like that to see reality. No matter how many studies or results people get using your method or others, people like him tend to continue to argue rather than learning anything new because they can't see things for what the real world is ans because it would hurt their wallet and force them to have to change their path. I am glad there are people like you who are concerned with those who are left behind by this idea that heavy lifting and conventional training are the only way.

I think the tennis ball works but so do foam rollers. I blew out my calf and foam rolled it for a week and was back to training MMA. Saying foam rollers don't work is a lie. It might not work as well, but it does work.

It’s annoying how that guy never even bothered to actually do some research on your work. Totally ignorant and disrespectful. Just because he trained people for 10+ years doesn’t mean he’s gotten wiser that’s for sure. I’ve done the basic HFT with my wife also and the results speak for themselves!
@johntay383114 күн бұрын
Many still fail to understand that muscles are controlled by nerve connections. If the nerve signaling is weak, it doesn’t matter what you do, you will never train the muscle to its fullest potential and growth. I speak from years of having a permanent ankle bone spur, no matter what I do, my muscles will never grow.

Weight training has crushed my joint health and general athletic abilities. I have suffered several injuries and the only protocol/ method that really helped me Is HFT AND coach Chong. I am not a follower. Every other person that was selling "His" method didn't take into account the personal situation i was in. I had left hip injury for more than ten years. Thanks to Hyper Fascia Training i understood why i was injured AND i am 100% healed. AND believe me ... I tried every other weight training method. IT's the real missing link ...... thanks Chong. Thanks Coach.

Hi coach, i recommend you leave these videos with professional comments about the facts and not leave in snarky comments or insults on intelligence. Sadly many people are uneducated when it comes to fascia but insulting will not lead to them changing their mind. The facts speak for themselves and are on your side. Keep doing what you are doing your work has helped me a ton. Thank you for everything 💪🏻
