Hi Shelby! Do you need to cover the cake in fondant? If I used just buttercream, would it still turn out ok or would it warp the wafer paper? Thanks!

Stunning. My courses were always with royal. I am so glad to see the techniques transfer to buttercream. Does it matter what kind of butter cream it is? The temp of butter cream is always a concern of mine when piping.
