@AnnErasmus14 күн бұрын
Then you have problem 😕. You either cut the plinth down with a tablesaw (if you can avoid damaging the channel that the clips slide into)or have a custom plinth cut and secure it to the cabinet with screws . Good luck😊👍

Thanks for this. I like the idea of folding some geofabric around the gravel for extra wicking. I think you've just used normal gravel, not scoria? I never understand how water wicks up through that, as they are not permeable like scoria would be?

This would have saved me breaking the inner full flush mechanism arm that lifts the outlet valve had I searched first for what I knew would exist - although circumstances, conditions, contributed to this mishap I knew I was pushing my luck but this video did save me getting it back together without feeling like I was disarming a b*mb. Measure twice, cut… yeah yeah I know 😂 Good instructions, appreciated thank you. Model Caroma 230 Series Stamped: June 1990 internally (manufactured). Note: adjusting float precision screw adjusts buoyancy allowing for increased water limit which helps with refill time until I fix the full flush leaver.

Dear Matt and Anne, thank so much for the video with very clear instructions and i am glad to find an Australian KZbinr ( i noticed Anne use Ozito drill - my favorite tool). I am a 62 years old housewife would like to add some pull drawers to my kitchen cabinets. I have found your videos very helpfull and thinking of getting the pull out from Ikea but my measurements don't match what Ikea has. My open cabinet are : 890mm, 880mm,350mm and 445mm by 600mm deep. Would you able to kindly help suggest what sizes i should buy please ? I think there Maximera type. Thankyou so much Matt and Anne 🙏🥰 I am struggle reaching to the back of the sheves ...as i am getting older now 😢

Thank you for your kind words and good on you for giving it a go! 👍😊 As far as sizes go I would suggest taking your measurements into an Ikea shop and chatting to someone. Also take a tape with you and check measurements yourself. Ikea regularly bring in new models and delete old ones so it is almost impossible to say what will work in your case. We really appreciated your feedback thanks 😊

Yes, I bought a purse at a 70% off store years ago, and I found that thing inside later. Now I find remedies here on KZbin. Nice! This store buys stuff some other store wanted to get rid of, so what do they care? It's an inactive alarm. Would be nice if they had removed it.

Hi! Great helpfull video, thanks for that! We recently bought a house with an ikea kitchen but the plints buckled inwards... now I see it is because the rings are not there. do you have any tips on what we can use to keep de plints straight and not buckle? i would greatly appreciate. it. Thanks.
@AnnErasmus2 ай бұрын
My experience with those plinths is that they are not easy to work with. Here's what I suggest. 1. Try and get the rings from ikea, then you will need to remove feet 1 at a time (so that the cabinets do not move) then slip the ring on. Or 2. This may be easier. Have new plinths cut (from 16mm board with a matching coating) then position them and fix them with screws from the top. That is from inside the cabinets. Hope this helps ,good luck. 😊👍
