hmm, interesting. i've just always said that I choose to live life on hard mode. (gamer logic). 100% agree with the logic though. Im 35, and I still have shit that make me anxious, and literally sweat. For some reason, now I've just started requesting for those, cause it makes me feel alive. (dont believe that's necessarily good)

A good move when something bad happens, ask questions like: 1). What can I learn from this? 2). What “message” is the universe trying to reach me? 3). What COULD be good about this? Answer those questions and you’ll “flip the script”!!!
