Wait a minute, there's a belt? Just downloaded the app and paid for a subscription. I'm a big Jocko fan, have learned so much from him, but your stuff covers different ground than Jocko, or covers the same ground in different manner.

hmm, interesting. i've just always said that I choose to live life on hard mode. (gamer logic). 100% agree with the logic though. Im 35, and I still have shit that make me anxious, and literally sweat. For some reason, now I've just started requesting for those, cause it makes me feel alive. (dont believe that's necessarily good)
