I sold my property to stake, you guys are all fooled. They take a kick back from the seller at 6% approx . So banically on paper they are over charging investors on the actual property price haha Plus not sure why any retail would invest in this, you're capped at 200 k aed I believe per year. 5% return on that is nothing.

Very bad idea of the investment as the company would not support investors with price action. Your exit is solely dependent on the buyers. I myself wanted to exit the investment plant during exit window which opens just twice a year. No one seems to buy and now that selling back the stakes to any one seems to be a dream. The money will forever be lost if you guys stake do not approach more ways supporting investors to liquid the money. What’s is the point if you can not control your own money

hi i followed your video and felt like a beta tester. Bad. realiste failed big time. its changed alot from when you created this video. for example, it failed to find The Sterling by omniyat in its search. It kept going on about spending 5m to unlock like its hidden behind a paywall. it looks like a huge waste of time in its current version. Have you got something better as an AI tool you would reccomend to find a property rental investment with a good ROI?

I agree Chris , I now have 7 properties in stake and get about 14 quid a month out of rent alone ,now I know that’s not much but but it’s about 4.5 % a month and there’s 75 quid in appreciation as well 😄
