It’s good to buy shares directly when exit window is opened because the property is ring on rent and your invested money will immediately be involved in next pay return instead of investing in new property and waiting for documentation to complete before renting out

Hi, with Stake you earn money in two ways. From the dividend income brought in when people pay rent on the property and also the capital appreciation which is the value of the property increasing over time. Stake aim to give investors a 30% return from the appreciation which can happen in 18 months or it could take 5 years. If for example you investing £1,000 and they sold the property 2 years later for a 30% gain you would get back £1,300 and you would of also been getting paid dividend payments each month on top of this.
