Ilaria…this is amazing! I did not realize how tight my shoulders are. My shoulders and back feel like they just got a drink of water (increased blood flow). I can tell that if I keep doing this it will help me a lot. Thank you!

Today, I noticed my shoulders are still stiff but less than the first day and my breathing is shallow. My breathing in this position doesn't have the freedom I would like it to have. Very good exercise!
