Enjoyed watching this peaceful video. What you mentioned about clutter effecting women’s hormones feels very true to me. I love making homemade pasta but give never tried to make ravioli. Definitely encouraged me to dry it.

I am really glad you enjoyed it! ♥️ Making ravioli wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, just regretted not having the right tools (it would have taken less time), but definitely worked out fine with a pizza cutter too :D Definitely give it a try! :)

I used to get out after breakfast or before 10.30am for a walk or play park. After lunch a nap but only an hour then out again in the gareden or hide and seek in the house or a game of find the object this can take up quite a bit if time 😀👍

I always felt unhappy. I couldn't die on my own and didn't need a will. I had nothing to say. I was just scared for tomorrow, a month and a year from now. I wanted to die because of my family, but I'm afraid I'll let go of the accumulated resentment. I'm a survivor of a violent family. I am a single woman with a large age gap with my parents. I had dementia and had to quit my job and protect my parents. Last year, my parents died three months apart, and I collapsed under a lot of stress. All that was left was a sore body and heart. But now it hurts. I was confident until my father passed away, and I was left with only a scar. I'm in therapy, and it keeps crumbling. But if you look at the video, there's a life like that. It's cool. I envy you. You can learn a whole different life. Thank you.😊

If flowers still retain color dry I put them up as a wall display tied up in raffia or hemp twine. I collect dandelion and put any wild garden growth together. To me natural is most beautiful and least appreciated. Bees n birds need them. I like to honor them this way. ☘️🧑🌾🌿🌱🍃🍁🌼🥀🇨🇦
