If the mileage on the tft and the ecu are not within 10 miles(or there abouts) the TFT won't work, unless reprogrammed by a BMW dealer. So they are pretty much useless if stolen.

I have an R1300 GS Triple Black and I want to install this Akrapovic on my bike, but I live in Brazil and here this part is very expensive, in your opinion does the sound get better and is there any noticeable performance gain?

I have really bad coccyx pain mainly because I have a tiny pensioner arse and lack arse muscle that would raise me sufficiently to relieve the pressure, I found a forward tilt and a channel down the middle helps, I learnt this sitting on the bus between 2 seats, the raised bolsters at the sides which are firm gave me the support I needed and let me sit on my sit bones rather than my tailbone which now hovered above the crack between the seats, it was a revelation, have a try and work out how you can incorporate it by more foam added to give you a channel or to keep the original height, channel out the centre partially from front to back down the centre.

Hello, this doesn't work for me. Lowering the seat changes its length and the passenger seat lock is no longer in place. The video with the assembly of the two seats would have been more interesting. Thank you for giving a little more information so that people don't make unnecessary purchases. Kind regards

Looks like you have the straight seat off the standard Trophy I have the comfort seat on mine far more curved

I've never had an issue on my 1250 mate it's really comfy I did have a go on a 1300 and the seat felt a bit harder to me

Hi Neil. Thank you for the video :) Previously I had a BMW F900XR and the seat was a torture when I did routes of more than 2-3 hours. I used cycling shorts, gel cushions, etc. The solution, as I could read in the forums, was to put Gel in the seats. Now with my R1300GS I don't have that problem. I did try to put the rubbers from the 1250GS but the problem was that the seat was pushed back and I couldn't put the passenger seat on because the closure didn't fit in the hole. Regarding the installed seat heater, do you know if it can be enabled by software with the payment of some update? I don't understand why it comes pre-installed but can't be used if it wasn't ordered from the factory. The simple thing would be to be able to make a payment and have it activated by software from the motorcycle's control panel. Happy new year!!!

Hi. I'm trying every way to connect my X4 to the Sena SRL3 intercom. Every time I try to pair them, the two devices can't communicate, as if they didn't exist for each other. I can't understand how it's possible that it immediately found the intercom for you while I still can't see it.

Really good video... I'll probably be buying a 1300GS TE Trophy soon, for March 2025 delivery. Also interested in the skylift for ease of movement and have used many Abba products over the years. My garage has a pretty rough and uneven concrete floor, so wondered what those floor mats are that you are using. They look pretty hard as the stand is not sinking in them and I'd need them to be ok with the weight of a car as well. Thanks

Can I ask how you paired the connections? It doesn’t look like anything is paired to the actual bike but is the phone or helmet connected to the bike? I’ve tried various combinations and can get the phone and music but no audio from maps
