Great video dude. I knew about Luck but I stepped away from watching football around his time so I knew he retired but didn’t know all the details. I subbed.

As someone from Indiana the situation of the fans booing Luck is more complicated then many realize. Many fans feel like we let Peyton go play in 2 more Superbowls and retire as a Bronco instead of finishing his career out as a Colt for Luck to retire 3 years after Manning. The other part has to deal with how Luck was dangled in front of fans similar to the season that Peyton missed until season ticket packages were sold then the rug was pulled out from under them.

This was a fucking great look at Luck. I always was kinda sympathetic, but I never knew the full extent of his mental struggles in physical therapy and rehab.

Was he going to be a top 5 QB ever? I thought so at the time... seems now like he would've been.

I think so too. I've never seen a QB excel so well under such terrible circumstances and lack of protection.

Thank you for not taking a cop out opinion in your video in regards to the boo'd. It still irritates me to this day that videos like this shame the fans who boo'd without some understanding. I'm one of those fans who understands why Luck retired but I don't shame the fans who boo'd him that night. It was a really crappy thing Adam Schefter did that night to both the fans who paid for a pre season game with a high expectations for the season and to Luck for not giving him a chance to announce his retirement on his own term.
@brickwallblitz5 сағат бұрын
Yeah I think there's a good middle ground. You can be sympathetic for Luck getting booed at, but that announcement (not necessarily his fault since the calf injury just wouldn't heal and it was leaked before he intended to announce it) blindsided Colts fans, so while I don't agree with booing him, I can understand why they did it. I think his appearance at Chuckstrong this year is at least beginning to mend the blow between Luck and the fanbase.

As a colts fan who DIDNT BOO Andrew luck when he retired, I appreciate this video. I had never been more embarrassed to be a colts fan in my life than watching him, my favorite player ever, get booed off the field by a city he had given up so much to. I hate how short his career was, but I still cherish it for what it was; spectacular. I'll never forget watching that comeback in the playoffs against the chiefs. All my friends had given up and were playing beer pong, and all they got to hear was me freaking out over the 64 yard bomb to Hilton to take the lead. They couldn't believe they missed such an epic comeback. Suffice to say, thank you for making this video. It's nice to see real football fans giving love to a player and person who deserves it as much as anyone the NFL has ever seen ❤

It was great to watch a video on Luck that wasn't solely on what could've been and instead appreciated him as a person. Great video as always! Your video on Tony Romo actually helped to change my opinion on his career.

Goal with this video was to make a far less pessimistic angle at Andrew Luck’s career and just focus on how unique he was as a football player and is as a person. It's not just a "what if" on Luck's career, but Andrew looking at himself at thinking "what if I'm more than a quarterback," hence the title.

Not a Cowboy fan. I’m a die hard hater (not sure why they think that’s an insult). But Romo got a bad wrap. Yes he made some bonehead plays but also did some remarkable plays. That team wouldn’t have been relevant without him. We saw that when he would miss games due to injury

JFC when it's put in to a timeline like this...Cutler never had a chance to succeed. Not a single chance. They came closest with the team that had Marshall and Alshon, but for the love of GOD that defense was awful! They hadn't done anywhere NEAR enough to keep that team competitive. Plus the coaching changes and the decisions on WHICH coaches to bring in? For the love of god they should have taken the team away form the McKaskey's for that.

From 2005-2012, the bears were a good team for most every year. At worst they were an 8-8 team. They were especially good from 2005 to 2006, and from 2010 to 2012. People forget had Cutler not got hurt during the 2012 and especially 2011 seasons, they probably go to super owl, with the way the defense was playing and Cutler bring a qb that you'd never have to worry about scoring points. Ya he would have turnovers, but it ain't like now, where you don't know if the offense can even score a td in a game. Cutler was underappreciated. The bears were 8-2 in 2011, just coming off thrashing a playoff San Diego Charger team, when Cutler broke his throwing hand at the end of the game...without Cutler for the rest of the year, the bears go from 8-2 to 8-8.

I remember being one of Romo’s biggest fans in school, and tied for biggest at home with my brother. Romo was my favorite and still is, my favorite QB. I like Dak, but it broke my heart when Romo was essentially replaced. He wasn’t a perfect QB, but there were plenty of seasons where Dallas should’ve been a terrible team but Romo kept them in the race at the end for better or worse. Thank you for putting some respect on my favorite Cowboys player’s name.

That clip of the missed field goal by Morten Anderson was great. After that miss, we snuck into the playoffs. Beat Buffalo and then Denver. I went to the stadium to greet the team they opened it up after we beat Denver because the week before after upsetting Barfalo, fans jammed the airport. So the city said go to the stadium we will bring the team there...The plane banked on its flight in over the stadium and it was half full, about 35,000 fans. Boselli and the team went along the wall of the stadium that night and was high-fiving the fans. Anyhow, Morten Anderson later smirked about missing the field goal and said.." my foot slipped." He knew we would get in the playoffs with a miss. He went on to say that for years he got Christmas cards from Jaguars fans too. Signman Section 140/141
