I’ve been going to my chiropractor for the decompression and boy, is it painful. Not really right after but maybe 24 hours later. I’m hearing it’s to be expected. 🤷🏼♀️ I thought all I had was arthritis in my hip cause that’s where the pain was and I’ve always had lower back pain cause I was always very active. X ray showed differently. I can innerstand why some opt to get an operation, but that is definitely not an option for me. Thanks for the videos. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🥰

I don’t understand. The use of a KB creates a body weight shift due to counter balance. That’s what a light KB is often used for with some activity

I had a clicking left hip with radiating pain for years and then I started stretching my glutes a lot which alleviated the pain in the left hip and my right hip which had been much less flexible with no pain began being very uncomfortable after sitting and soon after I was in pain all the time when walking. I had always run and now I can’t. The MRI came back with bilateral cam deformities, osteitis pubis & mild osteoarthritis in both hips worse in right. I used to be so active. I don’t know how to move on or heal these videos help give me hope. Thank you !
