Brilliant Videos, I watch most of them. As COVID hit a few years ago in the UK I had an excruciating sciatica problem. I worked through it for 6 months, which led to more problems. My lower back, Glutes, and Groin (Pictinius) Over the past few years even after stretching I could only go about my work for just a few hours at most before everything simply stiffened up preventing free movement. Since watching your videos and adopting some of the demonstrated exercises the improvement has been fantastic. I still have some stiffness at times, but I am a lot better. I think I have some sort of nerve impingement. which will have to be attended to by manipulation of some sort. I wish I lived in America, then I could attend your Clinic and most probably get excellent help and get back to normal again.

I don’t understand. The use of a KB creates a body weight shift due to counter balance. That’s what a light KB is often used for with some activity
