Wow, absolutely loved this. I have also seen arcturians recently and also the 'glows' for a few years. However mine are purple but also blue. Appreciate this podcast as I have been looking for information about them.

Having severe anxiety not able to sleep at all I am doing this every time I feel not sleeping and anxious this is helping somewhat need to check if this fixes it

Yoga nidra is a very powerful practice, if mine isn't to your taste, please try find one that is as it is a wonderful practice to do regularly

This would be an excellent practice if only the background music wasn’t so loud. I found it detracted from the sound of the voice. Please can you re record with a more quiet background music
