Thanks for watching and commenting on the podcast. I was very interested in the bright lights you mentioned as well as three small blue lights. The mist may be spirit energy. This was my first glimpse of the Arcturian who appeared initially as three blue glows. A few months later they transfigured through the medium in my Trance group. I continuously see glittery shapes everywhere, they just appear! Always remember to self protect if you undertake any spiritual work. Well done for starting your crystal healing. I really enjoyed this. I wonder if beings have been trying to contact me? At night, I sometimes see a small vortex open; made of swirling green and white clouds/smoke. Recently, an emerald green spark of bright light fizzed into existence, right in the middle of the vortex, and the cloud swirls moved towards me and beyond my face. There are many things like this that have happened single my random spiritual emergency began in January. I have also seen three small balls of blue light, I think they were in a triangular shape. I see glittery sparkly light too, but not actual glitter. By the way, I too, would consider myself grounded. I’m a nurse, working in the NHS. However, I am now embarking upon a diploma in crystal healing and hope to continue my studies and add cranio sacral therapy training also. Both of which have been so helpful to me during the last 7 months. So much so that I wish to learn how to do them. Thanks again 🙏🧡
