In 2002, I weighed 48kg, but due to a forced situation, I started taking psychiatric pills in 2003, which led to a significant weight gain, reaching 72kg by the end of 2004. Despite reducing my medication gradually, I experienced severe withdrawal symptoms, including panic attacks, heart murmurs, and loss of appetite. Over the years, my weight continued to fluctuate, and I developed additional health issues, including seizure disorders, endocrinology problems, type 2 diabetes, and multiple disc herniation, which has caused severe back pain and limited my mobility. Currently, my weight ranges from 105kg to 113kg, and I am struggling with depression, poor sleep, and suicidal thoughts. Despite these challenges, my goal is to reduce my weight to 65kg. However, my disc herniation is hindering my progress, and I am seeking guidance and support to overcome these obstacles.
