People always talk about how cheating ruins the individual but I don’t think a lot of people also talk about the amount of damage it does for the children as well.. If someone is married to someone, the “death do us part” means literally your bound to that person no matter the circumstances, that’s the whole concept of marriage. And if that someone cheats on their partner not only is it physically and mentally damaging to the person in the relationship, but also to the children as well get extremely fucked up and must relearn aspects of how to be a functional family. But usually people divorce their partners due to that specific reason.. so a lot of the time there is no relearning as long as their living with their respected parent. It’s honestly one of the worst things you could do if you’re a family man or woman. Pls take this as a warning cause I am speaking from experience as a person who had to deal with all this as a teen… DON’T CHEAT ON YOUR LOVED ONE!!

I have never cheated, nor have i been cheated on so far as I know. My current relationship is consentually non monogamous so it would be pretty hard to cheat on my current partner or for her to cheat on me.

Definitely cheating as a fear of abandonment for me :( I have a history of trauma and unmistakably push people away before they get to know me.

I don't know if this would be considered cheating but, recently the love of my life confessed to watching videos of other people while we were in a relationship. She told me that she would never do it again and that she was sorry. I love her more than anything and accepted her apology. We established a no other video agreement when we first got together. This is a good list of reasons but it very often happens due to a combination of these factors. I've been in a mess of relationships and while I've never cheated, I've found myself considering some shameful things and that alone would usually strain a relationship until it fizzles out. When the dust settles I'm still glad to have the respect of my peers. This video is very cut and dry and hits the nail on the head. If you ever feel like this please talk to your partner, even if it means breaking up. People who cheat for thrills are actually just evil though.
