When I was growing up in the 80s, I seriously thought when I saw the advertising that this movie was about Alex Keaton making it big. 😁

Haven't been to a movie theater in decades. Can't even remember that last 'new' movie I watched. Do they even do montages like this anymore. If so, I'd still bet they can't do it like they did in the 80s.

Great movie. Really, really unrealistic but great movie. Unfortunately there’s no scenario in which a college kid with zero experience shows lifelong business executives how to save their company in his first few days at his first job.

The film was perfectly cast, especially here. Just looking at the actors playing McMasters, Fletcher and Owens, they look and act like they really are successful businessmen.

Why is Linda an afterthought in the video? The harmonizing makes this one of their best songs. I was about 10 when it came out so naturally a strong influence.

LOVE this film! Just re-watched it recently on Netflix and all the feels I've experienced as a 15yr old back in 87 came back like a flood. The soundtrack is so 80s and dope: extra mention for the music in this scene!
