Thank you for your videos. I am learning new things pretty much every time I watch it. I am running one man HVAC/Refrigeration business. I think that I do decent work… I hope so, or it’s my pricing is way too low.. I’ve stopped looking for new customers 2-2.5 years ago because Ai’be got more than enough. I work every day , no weekends or OFFs… 12-14-16 hours per day. However, I don’t see the money. It’s like paying my bills and…. It’s it! I don’t drink or use drugs, don’t eat at restaurants… Today is Friday and it’s a short day. It’s a little after 7 PM and I am headed to my house. I guess, I have to think about pricing.

I constantly keep trying to hire people for 3.5 years now. Teaching/training people is a big anda very expensive thing. I obviously do something wrong here because I still don’t have any full-time tech/employee. I am lucky to have a couple of guys that help me time-to-time and it’s it. One guy is a last year high school boy that so far it probably the best helper that I was able to find. Anyway, when I look at the income part, I can always say that I am earning more when I don’t have any employee and honestly it’s a lot of extra responsibilities when I have a tech/employee…

I wish I could explain this topic to my boss. I am not saying I know better, I am just saying that us service tech employees need direction and not just tech support. We all work harder because we can't speak conversationally, or we can't just meet for months at a time, and issues just boil over. Maybe he will watch this video 😅. Thanks for another video, I hope it can help me.

@@davidhayward491 I get it brother. You’re not alone. When a tech turns into an owner it’s up to them to step into leadership. Most just stay techs trying to run their company and that doesn’t help others grow. It’s a responsibility most ignore. We’re trying to help out here!!! Tell him to join us so we can give the support needed to become a better leader!!!

THANK YOU for your '4 things that worked for me' for occipital neuralgia. I've had this problem for just over 10 years. Despite seeing doctors several times, I've only just figured out a name for what I have (I think!) Your description of your headache and Occipital Neuralgia seems to be exactly what I have. I have been suffering with about 45 headaches a year, the last few years, but it has been getting worse lately. I will try everything you suggest and I'm hoping it works. The time the headaches started was around the time I first had a smart phone, so maybe that has been the culprit. I'm now getting headaches after I get up in the morning every day, so I'm going to buy a new pillow and be more conscious of how I sleep. All the best to you. Thanks again.

There are over 40 hvac providers in my area spent thousands of dollars on ads with very little results for repair related results. We have population here is 60,000 we get more work an hour away from my area than I do in my location.
@hvacmillionaire21 күн бұрын
@@TheReason101 location matters for sure. How are you different from the other 40? That’s going to be the separation from you and everyone else. I would work hard to dominate your main area. Still take on the other calls that are farther away but begin to collect more clients locally. It’s never been ads that build the company. It’s the service provided. The ad might get your foot in the door but the real growth comes from superior service and word of mouth.

Unfortunately not all occipital neuralgia just comes from tight muscles that can be worked out. I have 6 cervical disc herniations that cause it and idk how to fix those discs. However, cervical pillows help, Graston scraping, massage can make it worse they have to go light, epsom salt baths, good posture, stretching, lidocaine, gabapentin, pain meds, heat and ice

I am very thankful to you for your tips and advises. Yes, I was stuck with more work load than I can swallow and with the line of people that want to become a customer for a few years. However, recently I've started to apply the knowledge that I am learning from you and I already see some difference. Yes, its hard to delegate the work...VERY hard! :). It's very difficult to find people that you can let to do YOUR OWN projects with only partial supervision.. But, as you are saying, with the right team there is a way to grow and to succeed. Thank you!

I got my ON from a stiff neck that lasted for more than a week. After that, on a long drive home, I slept in the car in an odd position and that terrible pain started just right after I got up when we arrived home. Today marks the 5th day of experiencing this pain and i don't want to let it last up to weeks. I'm getting that massage and do these stretchings. So hard to live with this kind of condition. 🥺😣

Just want to say I found quite a few things that really have helped. Me and my wife opened October of last year (2023) and did about 80k. Fast forward to this year and we just hit 1 million gross renvenue for 2024 and weve only be open for 15 months. With an open mind, hard work ethic, good morals, and a little bit of luck anyone with the drive can do it if youre willing to take risks and having your wife in your corner every step of the way is absolutely invaluable in my opinion. Anyway what im saying is I appreciate alot of the messanging your content has to offer and thank you for some of the help it gave us along the way so far 👍

How much do you make off selling books and training vs running your hvac business?
@hvacmillionaireАй бұрын
I owned my business for 14 years. We did millions upon millions in sales over those 14 years. I’ve been on the industry for over 28 years now. I make very little from coaching and books but I help others stack hundreds of thousands of dollars in their business bank accounts which is truly fulfilling to me. Hope that answers your question.
