In service do you double the price of the part before you add your labor or do you do the actual part price then your labor then divide your 20 percent

I was just recently diagnosed with this. Horrible! I noticed the pain gets worse while I am at work, than home. I do a lot of bending, lifting, pulling, pushing at a Hospital. My neurologist recommended PT, so I'll see how that goes.

Im super glad i discovered your channel, as i am re-entering the hvac field after selling my restaurant. I’m curious about the commission structure for commercial HVAC sales reps. What’s considered a low, average, and top-tier (pro-level) commission rate for someone working on both salary and commission? Appreciate any insights you can help me with. Thank you.

The ability to step back is critical. Sometimes my HVAC guys struggle with "letting go" then have massive growth bottlenecks because they find themselves running service calls 7PM on a Saturday. No man is an island. Amazing stuff, keep it comin.

I'm pretty sure I have this. It's not debilitating, but it is annoying. This year has been the hardest year of my life. I thought it was maybe stress headaches, but when I touch certain parts of my scalp they're so tender and there's nothing going on. As far as the skin, it's definitely something underneath, so thank you for the information.

I had a rapid onset of occipital neuralgia due to a strain and a chiropractic adjustment instantly removed the pain. I had never been to a chiropractor before, but after multiple hospital visits with no cure, and debilitating pain that left me practically bedridden, I was desperate. My first adjustment felt like 100 lbs was instanlty lifted off of my head, the best feeling I had ever had and will never forget. I still get some discomfort in my head and neck every few months due to lots of desk time and I go back to the chiro to get relief, but the pain I initially experienced never returned. After seeing the injection treatments and modern medicinal response to this problem, I am glad I did not go that route. I would suggest, from my narrow personal experience, that you give chiropractic a shot. It changed my life, or really gave me my life back.

@@mw24623 massage. Go get a massage and what I found is that those muscles right next to your shoulder blades in the middle of your back might have knots in them. Once those are worked out, for me at least, the foot pain stopped and so did the headaches.

This won't work well for smart thermostats. They just go blank and you lose all your connectivity. They register a power out event, which isn't one and the same as a wet switch event. Correct logic is to break signal just to operating modes that cause wetness (heat and air conditioning, humidifier if there is one). Other modes that the thermostat calls for, such as fan and ERV should continue to be able to operate.

We deal with the same thing in the automotive world. These mobile or shadetree mechanics with no overhead undercut the shops by a landslide. They're uninsured, not certified, don't offer 36/36 warranty like we do. So annoying.

I have this and what helped me are the following: 1. When I feel my traps are tight, I apply a heat pack or roll a lacrosse ball across the tight spot 2. Getting weekly massages - hot stone or deep tissue works for me 3. Taking B12 vitamins as prescribed by my neurologist 4. Get a good cervical pillow and sleep on your back EVERY SINGLE DAY 5. I got relief after seeing an upper cervical chiropractor - no neck cracking Hope these will help others 🙏

Man, I am watching your videos and I do believe that I will need your guidance/coach support. All what you are saying seems to be a 100% my case. I am a single guy HVAC/Refrigeration business, I did reach to the limits when I just physically cannot swallow new customers because my work load is 12-14-16 hours every day, I am trying to hire 1-2 helpers during last 2.5-3 years, but it doesn’t last long. Usually people work 2-3 months and find another jobs because my work is physically demanding, long hours, hot attics and roofs… Some people I have to let go because they are just not trainable… You know, for sure, what I am talking about. I was going to attend your Oct. 19th event, but I’ve got so much of work scheduled for the coming 3-4 weeks that I am not sure if I will have even a 1/2 off just to spend this time with kids. The worst thing here is that… I work 12-16 hours everyday, got a waiting list of people that want to be my customers and…. I am doing my financial paperwork by the end of the year and the numbers tell me that I didn’t make enough money even to put anything into my detainment accounts!!! Yes, I’ve purchased new van, trailer, a lot of tools, equipment… But it does look like I have to do a major changes to the way I run this business. Thank you for your videos!

Nothing wrong with positive thinking and renewing your mind as the Bible says. I would even encourage prayer, but the law of attraction is unbiblical and unwise especially when it is coupled with greed and pride.

Great, thank you.! I was gifted a massage certificate. I keep putting off. I'll go do it now! Also, your advice not to tuck your head when you sleep, is enlightening. I was actually doing that on purpose because I thought it would stretch the muscle. Not surprisingly, I've had rough nights. I'll stop doing that!

$2,500 a day is nice! $2,500 a day × 260 work days = $650,000 annual revenue If you count your cost before income, then that's "net operating income," then subtract taxes.
