Hi, I only used the Eureka Mignon Zero before, and then I upgraded to the Niche Zero. I think the Niche is better in terms of burr size, dial-in, cleaning, and grind quality. Of course, the Eureka is only around half of the Niche's price. I am happy with the Niche so far. The workflow is great: easy to dial in and clean, with great grind quality and good-looking design.

Nice as I was also keen between the niche and eureka. So you would surely recommend the niche? I’d also combine it with espresso, primarily espressos and cappucinos.

Nice setup! There are not many choices for a white grinder, so I will stick with the Niche Zero for a while. Weber Key is a bit pricy to me.

I would prefer the Niche Zero as it comes with a bigger burr (63mm conical) and it's even cheaper than the Pico. The workflow on the Niche Zero is smooth and it looks great with the Linea Micra.

I think Micra can serve your purpose for small batch testing and it is capable of making cafe quality coffee. However it is not a commercial certified machine and therefore it is not recommended to use it in a cafe. I owned Lelit Bianca before and I think it is another option for you as it is more affordable. I sold it to my friend who used it in his little cafe and therefore I bought the Micra. To me, it is a good investment given its stability and good looks :)

@@360TechBrews Yeah thank you for your response, I would plan on using the machine just in my home to test the coffee beans in advance, I wouldn’t be selling espresso drinks made from the machine, just would be a way for me to text the quality of the roasting before selling to consumers.

I owed a Lelit Bianca before and I would say the Bianca (dual boiler machine) offers good value of money in terms of its features. You might consider it as it’s half the price (compare to Micra). I would say the Micra offers faster heat up time, more stable shots and better looking (to me).

Due to the design of the LM portafilter, I have to hang the lip over the end. But it fits very stable with the Normcore portafilter stand.
