Ok have a question. Looks like medium roast beans. How is that niche at 20. ? I’m at about 10 on medium. Maybe roast?

Yes it was at about 20. I was able to create some delicious shots using low flow mode (start time: 10s & final time: 20s)…ending the shot ~25s

I‘m also at 18-20 with Medium roast (I use a Dalla Corte)

Hey, did u also test different grinder? Are you happy with the niche? I want to buy the lelit aswell, now looking for a good grinder on top. Euneke or niche

Hi, I only used the Eureka Mignon Zero before, and then I upgraded to the Niche Zero. I think the Niche is better in terms of burr size, dial-in, cleaning, and grind quality. Of course, the Eureka is only around half of the Niche's price. I am happy with the Niche so far. The workflow is great: easy to dial in and clean, with great grind quality and good-looking design.

Nice as I was also keen between the niche and eureka. So you would surely recommend the niche? I’d also combine it with espresso, primarily espressos and cappucinos.
